The very first tablet computer of Apple, iPad, was termed as revolutionary, and ‘The iPad’, the third revised version of the tablet, was said to be resolutionary. But, it seems like the Wi-Fi connection has interrupted in Apple’s new resolution. 9to5mac published an internal AppleCare document, which showed that Apple is currently investigating issues with the new iPad’s Wi-Fi connectivity. The document encloses list of symptoms like intermittent connectivity, Wi-Fi Network not seen and slow Wi-Fi speeds.
Apple would have glanced through it afterwards but, a thread on the company’s online support forums that shows many replies, backed the Wi-Fi problems and indicated that the problem is a real one and is, indeed, a serious one. It has ringed the alarm bells for Apple, and it has noted down the problem in its hit-list. Right now, it is actively attending the problem. This is the third issue that has confronted the new iPad within a couple of weeks, charging and overheating being the other ones.
However, the predecessors are still working fine on the Wi-Fi connectivity. The 3G models of the new iPad with Wi-Fi only has shown more severity on this issue. Well, those who have the 4G LTE models can heave a sigh of relief as these models are presumed to be safe from the problems, thanks to the extra network power.
The silver lining of the problem is that all those ‘The iPad’ users, who are confronting Wi-Fi problems, can get their models replaced. This good news is brought to you by 9to5Mac reports that presented the internal AppleCare document, which stated the retail stores to replace or ‘capture’ the Wi-Fi only devices that exhibited any issue related to Wi-Fi. The users need to return their models for testing along with the accessories.
So, even if you’re facing problems with your new Wi-Fi models, don’t put on wrinkles on your forehead. Just go to the retail store and say ‘Cheese’.
