Natural Leadership Workshop in IndiaNIC

January 30, 2016 was a day when IndiaNICians had a 2-hour workshop about ‘Natural Leadership’ in which they decided their team leaders through discussion and followed team leaders’ instructions. Three teams were formed and each team selected one member as a team leader.

Vice President HR, Mr. Bharat Sharma gave all the necessary instructions and a common target for each team. All three teams put collaborative efforts to reach the target in given time, and finally, one team was declared as a winner.

Team leaders expressed their gratitude for team members and shared their thoughts related to target and efforts. In the end, Mr. Sharma gave a speech in which he related each team with a company and each team leader with a CEO. He gave handy guidance for proper utilization of resources to complete each project in a given deadline.
