Our client wants to give children useful and entertaining tools to help them improve their language skills and study habits. Our client hopes that this app will help students make the most of their educational opportunities, feel confident in their abilities to succeed, and foster their desire to learn.

We created this app so that students could study independently in a fun and safe environment. This app, which includes a scanning feature, makes it simple to create custom lists, eliminating the need to type up a long list of words. Because of the app’s built-in dictionary and pronunciation features, students can access all of their study resources in one place. With this app, students will develop good study habits that they can carry with them for the rest of their educational journey.

Project Approach

We have inserted a Business Analyst to begin the project discovery phase to match the client’s requirements and understand the overall manual freight management process.

During the discovery phase, we established constant communication with the client to write business rule documents, draw mind maps, create flow charts, and complete web and mobile designs that were approved by the client.

After receiving client approval for the discovery phase, we launched the project workshop to provide all necessary information to the development team and project technical leaders. We also prepared all technical project documents such as Database Design, High-Level Documents for Projects, etc.

After the Project Workshop, we created the Project Plan and Work Breakdown Structure for the project to help with the development phase. This project was divided into six deliverables and a final release.

We have also aligned the QA to write the acceptance criteria for this project so that the development team can follow them while doing unit testing for their task. It will also assist the QA in testing and maintaining quality standards for this project.
